Elevate your festive celebrations with this sophisticated and aromatic Christmas mocktail. Perfect for adding sparkle to your holiday celebrations! Just a few freeze-dried raspberries and orange slices will fill your glass with the delightful aroma of fresh berries.

• 100 ml pomegranate juice

• 30 ml alcohol-free aperitivo (as an Aperol alternative)

• 100 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine (as a Prosecco alternative)

• 50 ml soda water

• Ice cubes

For decoration:

Put ice cubes in a glass, add pomegranate juice, syrup (or aperit), soda water and finally add sparkling wine. Before serving, garnish with a slice of freeze-dried orange and a few raspberries. To give the cocktail a wintery feel, decorate the rim of the glass with white coconut flakes.
