Instructions:

1. Chop the cocoa mass with a knife. Melt it together with the cocoa butter in a steam bath.
2. Pour in the syrup, melted coconut oil, peanut butter and mix well.
3. Add the flour and mix again.
4. Add the nuts, berries, salt and mix.
5. Pour the mixture into candy molds and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
6. Melt the chocolate and pour over the candy.
White chocolate can be mixed with berry powder to make a pink glaze for the truffels.
