Ingredients

Welcome spring with this light and nutritious tricolor chia pudding that is as healthy as it is beautiful! The first layer is made with cocoa, the middle layer features freeze-dried strawberry powder, and the top layer is crafted with creamy almond milk.

  • For the chocolate layer:
    3 tbsp. chia seeds
    250-300 ml almond milk
    20 g cocoa powder
    1 tbsp. syrup

Instructions:

1. Mix the ingredients for each layer and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
2. Layer the dessert into jars, decorate with freeze-dried cherries.

  • For the berry layer:

    3 tbsp. chia seeds

    250-300 ml almond milk

    2 tbsp. strawberry powder

    1 tbsp. syrup

  • For the white layer:

    1.5 tbsp. chia seeds

    150 ml almond milk

    1 tbsp. syrup

Freeze-dried cherries for decoration.
