Fresh berry panna cotta is an elegant, but simple dessert that impresses with its vibrant colors and flavors. Combining a creamy base with the natural sweetness of freeze-dried berries, this panna cotta is both refreshing and indulgent. Perfect for elevating any occasion.

  • 250 ml full-fat coconut milk

  • 15 g sugar

  • ½ tsp agar-agar powder

  • Summmer Smoothie ‘Sunrise’ (freeze-dried pineapple, mango, blueberry, strawberry powder)

Instructions:

1. Pour coconut milk into a small saucepan, add sugar, agar-agar and mix.
2. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring, for 1 minute.
3. Cool the mixture slightly, add the smoothie powder and mix very well.
4. Pour into moulds or glasses and refrigerate for a few hours or until slightly firm when pressed. Top with freeze-dried berries.
