75 g soft butter
100 g sugar
135 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
50 g sour cream
100 ml milk
A pinch of salt
3 tbsp dried raspberry pieces
Instructions:
1. Cream the butter with the sugar.
2. Beat in the egg, add the sour cream, pour in the milk and mix well.
3. Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt.
4. Mix both mixtures.
5. Add the freeze-dried raspberry pieces to the dough and mix.
6. Pour the batter into the molds, filling them 2/3 full, and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. Cool the cupcakes.
8. For the cream, beat the butter with the powdered sugar. Add the cream cheese, sprinkle with strawberry powder, and beat.
9. Put the cream in a pastry bag with a nozzle and decorate the cupcakes.
