  • 15 g freeze-dried strawberries

  • 15 g freeze-dried raspberries

  • 200 g oatmeal

  • 200 g dates (pitted)

  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)

  • 50 g sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Pour boiling water over the dates and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain and squeeze.
2. Pour 8 tbsp. water over the chia seeds. Mix and leave to swell.
3. Place dates in a food processor, add 200 ml of water and coconut oil. Grind until creamy.
4. Mix oatmeal, dried berries, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
5. Mix both masses and mix well.
6. Spread the bar mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
8. Remove from oven, cool (15 minutes) and cut.
